Le Relais des Puys, in partnership with Jacuzzi®, a brand known all over the world for inventing the spa bath, presents its space devoted to relaxation and wellness. Treat yourself to a revitalising break with our sauna, Turkish baths, sensory shower and spa bath in a relaxing atmosphere
The wellness area is open to everyone, independent to the hotel and restaurant
SAUNA
For a soothing break after a day at work or during a relaxing stay in Auvergne. Made of wood, with soft, colourful lighting for a natural and muted ambiance.
Our sauna offers three different programmes
- Biosauna: temperature of 45-55°C and relative humidity of 25-35%
- Roman Sauna: temperature of 60-70°C and relative humidity of 20-25%
- Finnish Sauna: the classic sauna with a temperature of 80-90°C and very little humidity
TURKISH BATH
Our Turkish bath offers three different programmes
- Tepidarium: medium levels of steam and temperature around 38°C
- Hammam: high levels of steam and temperature around 40°C. Ideal before a massage.
- Calidarium: steam levels close to 100% and temperature around 42°C

- Cool mist

- Tropical rain
- Waterfall
SPA BATH
Alone or as a couple, the Jacuzzi® Sharp 190x90 spa bath offers a very pleasurable and complete hydro-massage. The jets, targeted particularly toward the legs and feet, stimulate the circulation of the blood, while those aimed at the back help to completely relax your body.
